
一、简介
凤尔银,男,1963年10月出生,中共党员,安徽无为人,安徽师范大学物理与电子信息学院教授、博士/硕士生导师。1989年本科毕业于安徽师范大学物理教育专业,1998年获该校原子与分子物理硕士学位,2005年在中国科学院安徽光学精密机械研究所获光学博士学位。1985年进入安徽师范大学物理教育专业学习,1989年本科毕业后留校担任辅导员。历任安徽师范大学讲师(1995-2000年)、副教授(2000-2005年),2005年起任教授。主要从事原子分子冷碰撞、冷分子化学反应及计算分子光谱学研究,主持国家自然科学基金面上项目2项、教育部科学研究重点项目1项、安徽省自然科学基金等科研项目。发表学术论文40余篇。主讲《原子物理学》《激光光谱技术》《量子分子反应动力学》等课程,其中《原子物理学》于2020年获批国家一流本科课程。获安徽省科学技术奖三等奖2项、安徽省教学名师称号、第四届安徽最美教师称号、安徽省优秀教师称号、安徽师范大学“卓越教学贡献奖”等荣誉,指导的硕士论文两次获评安徽省百篇优秀硕士论文。2023年10月入职安徽信息工程学院。
